With another month under our belt are we looking at a bumper crop of profits with the latest On Course Profits Product Reviews?

Each Way Hits

Cost: £45.00 every 28 days or £90.00 every 90 days.

The Trial: This service has continued on a cautious foot during our latest month with us receiving just 23 bets (18 x 1 point win bets and 5 at 1.5 points each way).

Our 51 points staked returned us a profit of just over 17 points using BOG’s which is a very healthy ROI of 33.50%. Sadly as is often the case had you backed using Betfair SP and after having deducted 5% commission you would have shown a loss to a shade less than 5 points.
For our total review period, we received 116 Each Way selections which produced 26 outright winners and an additional 27 horse being placed. Had you managed to get the BOG’s prices you would have shown a profit of almost 180 points to the advised odds!

Betfair SP’s would have reduced your return by about half but that said a profit over the period to BFSP of over 80 points is an excellent result.

Conclusion: This has been the best review for some time and you will not go far wrong by adding this service to your portfolio.

Racing Excellence

Cost: £20.00 per month (14 day free trial).

The Trial: Another difficult month for the VIP selections with 24 winners from the 16 selections, priced between 5/4 and 8/1 not enough to turn us a profit.

A positive was that one of the selections advised at 8/1 drifted on the exchanges and won with a Betfair SP of 28.69 so this helped limit the loss to just over 5 points.

A further profit support came from the “Best Bet of the Day” where 4 winners from 21 selections produced a slight profit of 2.7 points.

Conclusion: This service has a sporting chance of finishing in the black for its final review next time.

Cost: Pay As You Go Registration £5.00 / 6 Months £199.00

The Trial: Our final review period for this service and Jeremiah Catskill Racing ends on a positive note with 17 winners from 82 selections and a very healthy profit of 80 points. Our total profit for the period under review is a shade over 200 points and a final ROI of 15%.

Neo Investments

Cost: £37.00 monthly, £74.00 every 3 months, £75.00 every 6 months. All prices are plus VAT.

The Trial: As last month this service appeared to have hit a good vein of profit to redeem itself we have been granted an additional month to monitor the service further. Sadly the runoff profit did not last that long and the following 36 selections graced us with just 3 winners at advised odds of 13/2, 11/4 and 15/2 (R4 deduction 20%), which gave us a loss of almost 18 points. Past results as we have often said are not necessarily an indicator to future success, but with all services, there is a need to ensure that you give them sufficient time to provide you with a long term view.

Conclusion: Not one for us this time.

15 Point Plan

Cost: £47.00 per month / £94.00 per quarter / £154.00 six monthly

The Trial: 25 points loss this month for the 15 Point Plan with 19 winners from 134 selections. With a profit to date of just over 5 points from some 284 selections, we are not convinced.

Conclusion: Not currently convinced.

Each Way Leader

Cost: £30.00 per month / £60 per quarter

The Trial: Another profitable month for Each Way Leader with 4 winners and a further 6 placed selections from 23 selections. Based on the advised prices the months' profit amounted to just shy of 19 points, but sadly yet again the profits would have been considerably less at ISP (4 points).

With our overall position being 9 winners and 16 placers from 50 selections and profits of 35 points to the advised prices we wouldn’t complain but the ISP benchmark has produced just 2 points profit so if you are unable to obtain the prices advised then the results are possibly less than attractive once you take in to account your subscription costs.

Conclusion: There is always time for a turnaround of SP fortunes so let’s see what next month brings. 

Pitch Punter

Cost: Ltd Offer – First 6 months = £75.00

The Trial – A small profit was generated this month of 3.50 points giving us a cumulative total of a loss to date of just over 19 points.

Conclusion: The service still appears to be a little way off from generating a profit.

Cost: £50.00 per month, £135 quarterly, £480 annually

The Trial: 30 selections for our latest month of review with 5 winning their races at advised prices (Betfair) of between 3.15 and 5.8 which gave us an overall loss of 10.65 points based on 1 point level stakes.

The average Betfair SPs were more generous and ranged between 2.28 and to 11.25 reducing the loss to a shade over 4.50 points after again deducting 5% commission.

Unfortunately, this is the first monthly loss recorded by this service since its inception over a year ago.

Value Wins

Cost: £14.00 for 7 days / £48.00 for 28 days / £90.00 for 90 days

The Trial: Sadly this service has continued to disappoint. The majority of the 27 selections we have received this past month were each way selections, but with a staking plan of 2, 3 or 5 points there was a loss this month of 26 points Losses were only limited by the success of just 2 placed selections from our 1 or 1.5 points each way bets.

Separately the seven 2.5 points each way selections we did manage 2 winners and a further 2 placers and yielded us a profit of 21.50 points.

Conclusion: Unsure on this one still. We will see how next month fairs.
