What caught my eye was Sean's piece on horses having their first run over obstacles.

I like it because it's based on an obvious fact. The fact that some trainers have better facilities and systems for ensuring their charges turn up at the racecourse proficient in jumping.

I haven't had a close look at these yet, but I see there are two today from yards with a positive record.

They are Old Park Star in the 12:55 and Lake Tiberias in the 1:05.
