50 places

We had a lot of interesting feedback in response to yesterday's mail and mixed opinions regarding the worth of betting at such short prices with a small ROI.

The biggest concerns were around liquidity in the Betfair markets and there have certainly been some small volumes over the summer.

Our hope is that, that won't be a problem once the domestic leagues get going in a couple of weeks.

What we are going to do is to open up 50 places for free.

This will be no credit card or Paypal required but will also be no guarantees and maybe we might need to find our feet as to the best way to run the service.

To see if there is still places available and to secure one go here https://bluedelta.thrivecart.com/robs-football-shorties/

I have pasted below the main points from yesterday's mail as a reminder of what we are talking about, please don't take a place if you have no intention of joining the paid service later, there is no obligation to join later but we are trying to understand if it is viable to share these selections.

Here's a recap of yesterday's message…

Back in April Rob came to us with a bold idea:  a football betting strategy based entirely on super short-priced selections.

He promised a super high strike rate and consistent profit.

As with anything new that comes our way we asked Rob to proof his selections and so since April 1st he has been sending us one football bet a day.

So far we have had 82 bets and 79 have won, that's a 96% strike rate, excellent!

But the thing is they are really short prices, I mean ten to one on and shorter.

The average price has been 1.07.

So you bet £100 and make a profit of £7!

What do you think about that?

The ROI after commission is 3.1%

96% Strike Rate

The biggest loss has been 2 points when two consecutive bets lost.

So a ten point bank is more than enough, you could probably manage with a 5 point bank and still never use more than half, but lets say a 10 point bank.

Since April 1st a 10 point bank would have increased by 26%, you don't get that at the Halifax!

It would probably double after a year.

So the question is should we make these selections available to join or just keep it to ourselves (I back the selections myself every day).

All the best

Darren Power
