We all know about bookmaker shenanigans and gubbing etc, but one lady has just beaten Paddy Power in court after a near five year battle.

Corrine Durber was playing the slots back in 2020 and was overjoyed when she won £1,097,132.71.
But Paddy Power informed her it was an error with the software and that she had only actually won £20,265.
Hmm, bit of a difference.
It's taken five years but finally she has prevailed with Mr Justice Ritchie granting a summary judgement in her favour.
Paddy Power are "reviewing the judgement" which I take to be code for we might appeal.
