Questions answered – Good news and bad

Following on from yesterday's mail we've had a lot of questions about The Raiders service.

The fact is this won't suit everyone, it's a service that targets horses at bigger prices and because of that it has longer losing runs.

A huge ROI is no good if you're gonna quit in the middle of a losing run.

The good news is that amazing ROI. Since proofing started on March 1st the ROI at Betfair SP has been 87%.

The profit has been 313.21 points, that means if you were staking £10 per point, which would be £20 on each selection (£10 to win and £10 to place) you would be £3,131 ahead after 4 months.

A £1,000 bank would have tripled.

That profit is all at Betfair SP after commission!

The bad news is those losing runs, so let's take a reality check here.

Do you see that long decline after the first couple of winners, there were some returns during that period, but it took 51 days to hit a new high.

If you can't deal with a run like that then this is probably not for you.

So questions…

What time do the selections come out? Around 8:30 sent by email and published in member area

What's the strike rate and longest losing run? Strike rate is 33% longest run without a return is 13, it came during the 51 days mentioned above.

How are the official results recorded? All bets are settled at Betfair SP's with 2% commission deducted. Place BSP is to the standard number of places EG 3 in an 8 runner race.

How many losing months have there been? The selections have only been proofed since March 1st, no losing months so far.

What's the average price of selections? The Win BSP has averaged out at 36.0, biggest win was at 75.0 BSP
