As for staking plans, I would always recommend compounding a bank. Reinvesting profits back into the bank is how I managed to build myself up. 

I guess we all increase our stakes as we make more profit, but I wondered what would happen if we recalculated our bank after every days racing.

So every time we hit a new high we make that the bank, if we have a losing day, don't reduce the bank, we have a 75 point buffer so we can cope with losers.

The blue line below shows the profit that would have been achieved if you had followed all of Paul's FormHorse Select selections since he started proofing on June 1st.

Then at the end of each day, if it was a winning day, increase your bank to match your new balance and make your new stake 1/75 of the new bank.

If it was a losing day then continue to calculate the stake based on the previous high of the bank.

I set the starting bank at £750, the reason I set it there is because FormHorse Select recommend a 75 point bank, which I think is ultra cautious given the strike rate, and because I started with £10 stakes and a £750 bank gives a £10 starting stake.

The profit staking this way, not including yesterday's winner, is £1251, the level stakes profit at £10 stakes is £765! 

You can see that the compounding line is starting to pull away from level stakes, at this point the stakes are up to £25 per point.
