Each-way double – good idea?
What do you think of the each way double?
A lot of people swear by it but it's not a bet I turn to often.

If you're a big fan maybe you can share your reasons, I can see that a couple of placers can return a profit and that's nice and I guess if you are confident you have two that will finish in the money then maybe it makes sense.
But it is an extra bet, well two bets, if you're betting the singles as well.
Anyway not a scientific test, but I'm going to have an Olly Murphy each-way double today.
This one bet will prove nothing but sometimes it's ok to bet for fun and try things with real money.
In the March issue Matt told us that in March the Olly Murphy – Sean Bowen partnership do well!
In Handicap Hurdles they have a 34% strike rate and 51% place.
Today they team up with two in Handicap Hurdles and that 51% place strike rate suggests an each-way double might pay.
The two in question are Daylatedollarshort in the 3:20 Wetherby and American Mike in the 4:20 Wetherby.
