More Victory?

Well, Royal Ascot couldn’t have started much better as Map Of Stars justified some healthy market support and won the Wolferton yesterday.

Hopefully you didn’t oppose O’Brien in the Coventry either, winning it for the 12th time with Great Barrier Reef.

Only one winning favourite though, so it was a tough one in the main for punters.

Ombudsman vs Daryz is the big match up today and I’m firmly in the camp of the former to make it back-to-back wins in the Prince Of Wales’s Stakes at 4.20pm.

I’m looking to Saeed bin Suroor to continue the good fortune today. He has a much more scaled down operation these days, but he’s lethal.

He doesn’t run horses for the sake of it and that’s proven with just 17 runners all season. 5 of them have won (which is a 29% strike rate) and a further 3 have placed.

He will have just 3 representatives all week and one of them is today. Victory Gold in the Windsor Castle at 6.10pm.

Beaten at Ascot by a horse who finished 5th in the Coventry yesterday on his debut over 6f, where he showed loads of pace. He was a beaten favourite next time. But he drops to 5f with hood on and he’s a massive price at 33/1 with 4 places widely available. Victory Gold is more than worthy of an each way interest!

Good luck with all your bets today.

All the best

Alex

A nice result yesterday for the Wolverangles, we had a few mails from readers who bet and won and a couple that had the Bungle Bay/Vizzavona Lady double which paid over 40/1 at SP. We do have racing at Wolverhampton again today but there is only one 7 furlong handicap with a small field.  If…

Joe Tizzard does well with his Chasers at Plumpton expecially when Brendan Powell is jocked up. This combo was the basis of a system we published last July since then the system has made just over 20 points of profit from just 28 bets for a 72% ROI at Betfair SP. I was interested this…

It's just All Weather racing today with Wolverhamptom having passed a second inspection. Watch out for the race times which have been put back an hour.
