HH shortlist
I don't know if you signed up for Victor Value after I shared John's preview on Friday, but those who did had a triple figure ROI over the weekend.
More on John and a system idea he shared in a mo.

So back to John and Victor Value and the Daily Punt.

His Victor Value service just had a huge weekend and big meetings like Chelt is where he shines.
Last week he shared a framework he's using to narrow down the field in handicap hurdles.
Handicap hurdles can look like a minefield – plenty of runners, different form lines, and endless stats. But sometimes the best angles are the simplest. Here’s a quick, no-nonsense method to help you narrow the field and find runners that are fit, in form, and proven where it matters.
It’s a simple one. Look for the three best placings last time out among horses that have run within the last 28 days. Then, make sure they’re either a course or distance winner. That instantly cuts down the number you’re focusing on.

I just run the rules through HorseRaceBase.
I changed the course and distance win to a horse and distance place.
Although it is only meant as a way to narrow down the field to find the main contenders it did show a small (2.65%) ROI over the long term.
However I wouldn't recommend betting all qualifiers blind as it looks to have been more profitable in past years!
What I did find intersting is that if you just go with the days since last run of 28 or less days and a top three placing last time out that 36% of handicap hurdles are won by horses with that profile. 37% this year so far.
There's 10 that fit the profile at Plumpton and Leicester today.
Once I've done a bit of work I'll be looking at this shortlist to see if any look worth a bet.
1.20 Plumpton 6 Clear Storm 1.40 Leicester 7 Mind Hunter 2.20 Plumpton 6 Goblet Of Fire 2.20 Plumpton 10 Gold For Alec 2.20 Plumpton 2 Nardaran 2.40 Leicester 4 Little Venice 2.40 Leicester 1 Voodoo Angel ( 2.50 Plumpton 1 Final Straw 3.40 Leicester 5 Wind Your Neck In
